#34 - Finding Peace in Hard Times with the Maha Mantra, Fasting, and Prayer

A quiet walk in a Welsh rainforest, a fast on day three, and a warm reminder to turn the heart toward the Name. This is a simple practice video for anyone feeling hungry in body or restless in mind. We talk about letting go of old stuff, near-miss moments that sharpen gratitude, and the mercy tucked inside a pop song’s chorus. Then we chant the Mahamantra together. Come sit with us, bead or no bead, and offer a little prayer for peace, forgiveness, and steady love on Easter weekend and every day.
